On February 25, 1982 Mercè Navarro -“the boss” and alma mater- first launched the restaurant and today maintains the same enthusiasm as that day to make every dish memorable. She combines her intuition of an educated palate with the effort of her thorough learning. Demanding and perfectionist, she elevates the motivation for her team. Her premise: “Cooking must be done with love and honesty.” Her son, Joan has been beside her all this years.
